Note the last row carefully: Dell isn't selling these with Linux pre-installed the way Framework sells Ubuntu-certified units. basecamp/omarchy#5827 (open, unresolved as of this writing) reports that on a Dell XPS 14 (model DA14260) running the linux-ptl kernel, sustained outbound Wi-Fi traffic triggers a runaway kernel memory allocation in the iwlwifi driver. The reporter's logs show skbuff_small_head and skbuff_head_cache slab caches ballooning from roughly 1MiB to tens of gigabytes within seconds, killing unrelated processes as the system runs out of memory and the Wi-Fi firmware restarts.
