Omarchy runs on Hyprland under the hood, and it ships with every shortcut below already configured — no setup needed. Omarchy ships with a preconfigured tmux, opened directly with Super + Alt + Return. The prefix key is remapped from the tmux default:

How to Customize These Shortcuts

Every binding above lives in a plain config file. Open it with the terminal shortcut and your Omarchy-configured Neovim:

Each line follows Hyprland's own bind syntax (modifier, key, dispatcher, argument), so anything you already know about Hyprland keybinding syntax carries over directly. Save the file and reload Hyprland's config with Super + Alt + Space → reload, or log out and back in — no restart required.

Is there an official PDF version of this cheat sheet?

No — Omarchy's own manual is a web page, not a downloadable PDF. This page mirrors every section of it (plus the ones easy to miss, like Ghostty and the emoji shortcuts), so bookmark it instead of hunting for a PDF that goes stale after the next update.

Why did some of my shortcuts stop working after an Omarchy upgrade?

This is a known issue reported after upgrading from v1.4.1 to v2.0.1 (tracked on GitHub), and it comes down to a shortcut pointing at something that no longer exists after the update — not a broken keybinding itself. Two confirmed causes from that report: the app launcher shortcut depends on a binary called walker, which can go missing after an upgrade; and the browser shortcut can point at a default browser (like Chromium) that was uninstalled in the process — check with xdg-settings get default-browser. If a specific shortcut stops working, run the command it's bound to directly in a terminal first; if that also fails, the binding is fine and the target app is the actual problem.

Does Omarchy use Hyprland or something else?

Hyprland. Omarchy is a preconfigured Arch Linux + Hyprland setup, so every standard Hyprland keybinding concept — modifiers, dispatchers, the bind syntax — applies directly to its config file.

Where do I change a keyboard shortcut in Omarchy?
